Hello!
Starting Wednesday, 8/17/22, the ASP team will begin sending monthly email updates to those who are interested. To subscribe to the ASP email list, please send a blank email with a blank subject line to, uw-madison-ancillary-sys-updates+subscribe@g-groups.wisc.edu.
This week’s ASP update will offer insights into our current efforts, including,
- identifying campus ancillary systems (systems that interact with HR, financial or UDDS data from PeopleSoft)
- developing HR and Financial APIs
- acquiring an enterprise architecture tool
- investigating low-code/no-code platforms
- coordinating on a potential data lake solution
- staffing the program
If you have questions regarding this program please reach out to Patrick Hare (patrick.hare@wisc.edu) or Morgan Andersen (morgan.andersen@wisc.edu). And please forward this message to anyone who may be interested in receiving ASP updates.
Background
The UW-Madison ERP Ancillary Systems Program (ASP) is a partnership with the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), AdministrationInnovation and Planning (AIP), and UW-Madison schools, colleges, institutes and divisions to assist with the Workday implementation at UW-Madison. Additionally, while ASP has a barebones website https://it.wisc.edu/it-projects/erp-ancillary-systems-program/, a new ASP website will also be coming by the end of August.
Thanks!
