August 15: FAQ session with IAM for NetID login action items
This communication is being sent to contacts for systems using NetID Login that are not yet linked to the list of ancillary systems and receiving name and/or UDDS data via NetID Login.
Dear Colleagues,
In an email sent August 1st (see below), we outlined action items for contacts of systems which are receiving name and/or UDDS data via NetID Login. These action items are to prepare for the upcoming changes associated with the transition to Workday. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is hosting a virtual Q&A, August 15th 3-4pm, to answer questions associated with these action items.
This will not be a presentation, but rather a forum for you to ask questions to aid in completing the below To dos.
To do
- Update the NetID Login Validate System Info sheet
- Use the instructions under the “Directions” tab.
- Complete this by August 15, 2024.
- The questions likely require input from a member of your technical team.
- This will take approximately 15 minutes per system.
- Attend IAM Q&A Session
- Date: Aug 15, 3pm to 4pm
- Facilitators: Abrianna Barca, IAM associate director; Jessica Esse, business analyst. An IAM Engineer will attend to answer technical questions.
- Modality: Virtual-only
- Duration: 1 hour
- Intended audience: contacts for systems using NetID Login that are receiving name and/or UDDS data via NetID Login
