You are listed as a contact for a system that reported NetID Login is no longer needed. The IAM team will be decommissioning the associated Entity IDs.
To Do
- Identify your system(s) that reported NetID login is no longer needed.
- Search (CTRL + F) the NetID Login Validate System Info sheet for your name/email address to identify all systems you have been associated with.
- Review systems with “No” entries in Column L “Is this NetID Login connection still used”
- Column AN outlines what action IAM plans to take on the system’s Entity ID if no updates are made.
- If your system’s NetID login is still needed, please update Column L “Is this NetID Login connection still used?” in theNetID Login Validate System Info sheet.
- If you do not update the information previously provided, then on February 3rd the IAM team will decommission the Entity IDs reported as no longer needed.
- If you report in Column M that the Entity ID should be decommissioned in the future, the IAM team will wait until that date to decommission.
- NetID Login Validate System Info Column AN indicates the action IAM plans to take on the systems Entity ID if no updates are made to this Google Sheet. Please do not update this column.
