Action Needed: Remove UDDS from your Manifest Group(s) by 9/15/25

This communication is being sent to Manifest group administrators (aka owners) for groups using data-driven UDDS groups.

Hello Manifest group owners,

By Monday, September 15, 2025, Manifest group owners (you) must remove UDDS groups from your Manifest groups in Manifest production.

By Monday, September 15, 2025, Manifest group owners for groups using UDDS (you) must complete the steps outlined in this document: Manifest Groups: Remove UDDS (Directions)

1. Step 1: Review your Manifest Group
2. Step 2: Delete any unused Manifest groups (optional)
3. Step 3: Validate your Manifest group’s membership
4. Step 4: Delete UDDS from your Manifest group
   1. Note: the directions include an option to have IAM complete this for you with your authorization.
5. Step 5: Update your Manifest group Administrators (Optional)
6. Step 6: Report your Manifest group status

To Know

• Removing UDDS could change the membership of the Manifest group. To minimize downstream issues/ outages, Manifest group owners need to validate their membership and then remove UDDS.
• The WaMS UDDS Mapping tool will help you view membership information by UDDS or by Workday Organization.
  • The data in this tool is static as of 7/1/25 and access will be removed on 9/23/25.
  • Use the ATP Tableau dashboards to review up to date Workday Organization membership.
• The IAM team will remove any remaining UDDS groups from Manifest groups on September 16, 2025.
• NEW! You can now access future-dated positions by Supervisory Organization, Cost Center, and Cost Center Hierarchy groups in Manifest. Please see Manifest – Data Driven Groups for additional information.  This does not impact the process to remove UDDS from your Manifest groups.
