Retrofit

Body of work required to modify an ancillary system to accommodate the differences in how Peoplesoft HR/Fin systems structure data and process data vs Workday.

Replatform

Body of work required to move all or some technical and/or business function from an existing ancillary system to a newly built or purchased system.

Replace

Ancillary systems that will have their functionality transition to Workday and will no longer be used after Workday go-live.
